GOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLLLssss!!

Oh snap. This is about to get real. I have a list of goals for the next few months for House of J Fitness that I have poured over. However, me setting goals and crushing them alone is no fun. Things get interesting when you have to hold yourself responsible for them. Yikes. So here it goes:

–200 Subscribers to my blog by 6/01/2016 (so get to it folks!!!!Yep, look to your right–> That box right over there–> Put your email in it, make a girl happy)
–Captain a House Of J Ragnar team.
–Start a monthly community workout that is centered around teams of peeps.
